92km north of Brisbane, Buderim is an established, leafy inland suburb with sweeping coastal views. Situated on a rising plateau 200m above sea-level, and covered in rain-forest, Buderim is a peaceful haven with a strong community connection. Buderim town centre has maintained its historic roots and has a quaint, village feel. The town is home to unique and high-quality shops, cafes and restaurants.
Though it feels like an oasis, Buderim is not disconnected. Close to the Sunshine Coast Motorway and Bruce Highway, and an easy drive to the University of the Sunshine Coast as well as the Mooloolaba, Maroochydore and Alexandra Headlands beaches, Buderim is as convenient as it is idyllic.
